Rachael VanderWerf serves as a Regional Administrator for the Western Great Lakes Region. Rachael was introduced to Young Life in college by her husband Mark. From the start, Rachael appreciated the joy-filled, Christ-loving people she met through Young Life. She and Mark were married in 2003, have moved to Southern California and back to West Michigan again, and have three boys. When she’s not working part-time for the region or keeping the VWerf Household running, Rachael enjoys music, cooking, creating things (arts & crafts), and spending time outdoors with her family.
