Eli Margaron is the Capernaum Regional Coordinator for the Western Great Lakes Region. Eli has been involved with Young Life Capernaum for over a decade—first in the small town of Bel Air, Maryland, then the Chicago suburb of Naperville, and now in the Western Great Lakes Region. In all these places, Eli has been witness to the positive impact that Young Life Capernaum has on students, families, and whole communities. Eli’s passion is to be an advocate and pioneer for people with disabilities and to extend the love of Christ to people that are often overlooked and underestimated. Eli and her husband Matt reside in Holland with their two daughters Emma and Leah, and two dogs Sunshine and Midnight. Matt and Eli met working together with Young Life out in Colorado. As a family, they enjoy hiking the dunes or catching a Lake Michigan sunset together.
